Slowing down

“If you pay attention at every moment, you form a new relationship to time. In some magical way, by slowing
down, you become more efficient, productive, and energetic, focusing without distraction directly on the task in front of you. Not only do you become immersed in the moment, you become that moment.”

This is simply saying – live a life with love: love people around you and love what you do. There is no need to always have a long to-do list and quickly rush to the next point. It is much better to focus entirely on one task before moving to the next. Quality can never be substituted by quantity. For the last two months, I have not been very productive in a way society expects one to be. I didn’t have a job and spend most of my time reading, thinking, sitting in the park or walking in the fields. Yet, it is so good. It is
good for my heart. I am able to spend time with my family and be available to friends. I can dream about the future and read any and every possible information on how to achieve it.

Life isn’t a race – it’s a journey. It is up to everyone to make it fulfilling, enjoyable and meaningful.
